Welcome to Ambika WAPI. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up or using Ambika WAPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Ambika WAPI is a multi-tenant WhatsApp Business API platform that allows businesses to send messages programmatically using the unofficial WhatsApp Web protocol. We are not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp Inc.

3. Account Registration & Approval

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• All new accounts require admin approval before activation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API key.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content to non-consenting recipients
• Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Business Policy
• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Subscription, Credits & Refunds

• Plans are prepaid (Free / Basic / Gold / Platinium) with allotted message credits and a validity period.
• Free Trial: 3 days of basic features upon admin approval, no payment required.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay (India).
• Refund policy: Unused credits are non-refundable. Service complaints must be raised within 7 days of payment for review.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp itself may impose rate limits, ban numbers for misuse, or change protocols. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ambika Softwares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose security risks. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and documentation are the property of Ambika Softwares. You retain ownership of your content (message templates, contacts, etc.).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Beed, Maharashtra.
