- WhatsApp session data: stored locally on our servers to maintain your WhatsApp connection
- Message metadata: recipient numbers, delivery status, timestamps (NOT message content beyond 7 days)
- Payment info: processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the WhatsApp messaging service
- To send service-related notifications (plan expiry, login alerts)
- To improve platform reliability and performance
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in India. We use bcrypt for password hashing, JWT for authentication, and HTTPS for all connections. WhatsApp session data is encrypted at rest.
4. WhatsApp Business Policy Compliance
You agree to use this platform in accordance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp Inc. Misuse (spam, unsolicited messages) may result in account suspension.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay (for payment processing)
- Legal authorities when required by Indian law
6. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Correction — update inaccurate information from your dashboard
- Deletion — close your account at any time
- Portability — export your message history

We use only essential cookies (JWT in localStorage) for authentication. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
